I bought Some Fluidyne Radiators. After being told by Gene Lane that he just got some and on his first ride out with them he bent one. I thought I would build some kind of brace that would protect them. I just couldn't spend the $74 for the Devol guards and wanted something stronger.....This is what I came up with. I drilled and tapped the Aluminum bar stock and put 6mm studs for the radiator frame mounts. Threaded the other end to take the bolts. I have to trim the bottom of the angled aluminum to clear the plastic where the bolt comes through for the plastic radiator shroud. Pictures will explain more.
